Common Questions
Do I own the website when it's done?
On Tier 1 and Tier 2 — yes, 100%. You get the full source code and all assets with no strings attached. On the WaaS plan (Tier 3), WinnSS retains code ownership during the contract term; ownership transfers at the end if you choose to buy out.
Are there any ongoing platform fees on Tier 1?
None from us. You'll need basic hosting (we'll recommend fast, affordable options around $10–15/mo), but there are no CMS subscriptions, plugin fees, or platform licenses — because we don't use them.
What counts as a "content update" on Tier 2?
Anything text or image-based: swapping a photo, updating service descriptions, adding a new team member, updating hours or pricing copy. The 1.5 hours is non-cumulative — it resets monthly.
How long does a build take?
Typically 1–3 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on complexity and how quickly you can provide content. We move fast — no ticketing queue, no waiting on a dev team.
Can I see a demo before committing?
Yes. We have a full library of industry-specific demos at demo.winnss.com — browse them and we can customize one for your brand before you pay a cent.
What if I need more than 5 pages?
No problem — additional pages are quoted on a per-page basis. Most brochure sites don't need more than 5, but we'll scope it out during our initial call.
